Pre-act, 3 loop progression run (14:56, 11:28, 11:19), cool down to 75, hip mobility, sit and push, med ball stuff, stretch, roll, ice.
Tough but good workout. Nothing crazy fast but did some grinding. Got to a good effort, but not as hard as I have the past few weeks. Felt challenging (in a good way) to get in a hard continuous effort.

Awesome stuff. Got to compete on the first set today (which I realized is something I took for granted lol) and really got rolling as the workout went on. Great Monday effort. Really good weights today too.
