Saturday Aug 17 #

Running 1:12:00 [3] 16.0 km (4:30 / km)

Pre-act, 1 warm up loop, 1 medium loop (12:05), 1 hard loop (11:16), 1 medium loop (12:35), 1 cool-down loop, hip mobility, sit and push, stretch, roll.

Not so good today. Definitely got in an ok effort on the hard loop, but took the medium loops pretty easy. Not a bad workout, just an opportunity missed.

Friday Aug 16 #

Running 1:02:00 [3] 13.78 km (4:30 / km)

Solo easy one today. Kept it chill but felt pretty tough. Enjoyed wandering around town on bike paths and such.

Thursday Aug 15 #

Running 1:02:00 [3] 15.0 km (4:08 / km)

Pre-act, 5km up, 5k tempo, 5k down, hip mobility, sit and push, stretch, roll.

Solid tempo with D-man and Jordo, didn't mind getting in another hard effort this week since I missed the race. Rolled with the guys, fell off Jordo but stayed flowy and relaxed even as I got past tempo in the last half 500 or so.

Wednesday Aug 14 #

Running 1:25:00 [3] 18.89 km (4:30 / km)

Pre-act, 85 run + 4 hill strides, hip mobility, weights, stretch, roll.

Ran with Jordo and D-man. Did some grinding in the last 20 but had Jordo to chat with for the whole thing. Did an extra set of RFE's with extra weight but could only do 5 lol.

Tuesday Aug 13 #

Running 1:00:00 [3] 13.33 km (4:30 / km)

Bummed I couldn't make it to the race, but enjoyed some extra recovery.

Monday Aug 12 #

Running 1:02:00 [3] 13.78 km (4:30 / km)

Pre-act, 20 up, 20 of 3:30, :30, 20 down, hip mobility, weights, stretch, roll.

Pretty standard workout. Started a little more conservative and worked into it. Great weights afterward.

Sunday Aug 11 #

Running 1:52:00 [3] 24.89 km (4:30 / km)

Planned for 1:40, but kept it pretty chill cause I was solo. Just enjoyed this one so I went a bit longer, even ended with a chalet hill.
