Running 1:30:00 [3] 19.3 km (4:40 / km)

Pre-act, 15 up, active to drills, 10 x triangle loop (first 3 were 3:00 ish, then the rest were about 2:50, last one was 2:40), cool down to 12 miles, hip mobility, stretch, roll.

Good stuff. Stayed in a good group for the first few. As we got to 6 and 7, wasn't sure how many I was gonna do but made a good call to tough it out to 10. Had Connor to chase on the last one, competed and really got to the limit.

Pre-act, O loop warm up, 3 x O loop continuous halves (medium, hard, medium, hard, medium, hard), O loop cool-down, hip mobility, sit and push, stretch, roll.

Sick workout this morning. Rolled in a group pretty nice. Pushed harder on the third medium loop than I planned to try and run the kick out of myself. Pretty tired when I finished but kept it as relaxed and as strong as I could.

45 run + 15 bike, hip mobility, drills, 3 x 150m (fast flowy fun), sit and push, stretch, roll.

Solid recovery day. Kept it pretty easy. Felt good to rip some 150's, I enjoyed them.

Pre-act, 15 up, 6 x 5min @ tempo w 1min recoveries, 15 down, hip mobility, sit and push, stretch, roll.

Pretty slow but got the work done. Relaxed and got in some strong tempo. Probably could have tested the limit a bit more but I was often content with the effort I was at.
