Pre-act, 15 up, active to drills, full loop (10:39), 3 min rec, 2 x half loop w 60s (4:53, 4:53), 3 min rec, full loop (10:00), 20 down, hip mobility, push up triangle, stretch.

Good stuff. Solid group on the first loop. Then wanted to be hands on knees after the half loops so I went pretty hard. Went through half on the last full just under 5 and realized I might be under 10, but just focused on running well from then and ran pretty good. Should have pushed from a bit farther out but was pretty content with the effort. Good fitness check heading into some big races.

Pre-act, warm up loop, half loop hard, full medium, full hard, half medium, cool down loop, hip mobility, strides, weights, stretch, roll.

Good workout. Kinda forget the times but the effort was solid. Wanted to go a little too hard on the first one and grind out the medium. Then went pretty close to all out on the full hard and just kept the last half medium as smooth as I could.

Great workout with Connor. Built into it and worked together for the whole thing. Got rolling pretty quick and tried to keep it smooth on the later reps. Getting in some strength after my shakeout today, weights tomorrow.
