Park-run event.

My 11th parkrun event in total. New PB of 23:54 over 5km. Went out faster than I usually do to try and shave some time off my last PB. It worked. 2nd woman over the line too!

Tired legs on the hills so worth working in some hill sprints. Ultimately would love sub 22 min as a goal.
