First interval session in P2P training.

2130 at night, cool but not cold which was nice. Did 3x5min sprints round the block with 2 min rests. Funny looks from the strip club as I went barrelling past several times.

Tough but fun session with some pumping teenage beats- have rediscovered my very old iPod and has some great 90's and 00's pop classics.

R shin and knee sore. Hoping it's nothing.

Pipeline track. Slow run with Pat.

Never really got into a rhythm until the last 10 mins. Beautiful location though. Swallowed at least 3 flies. Legs really tired from long run yesterday.

Roughly 8-10km very slow recovery/long run.

Waterfront, soldiers walk, domain loop. Lots of uphill and off-road. Slow solid run listening to Harry Potter made the boredom bearable.
