2130 at night, cool but not cold which was nice. Did 3x5min sprints round the block with 2 min rests. Funny looks from the strip club as I went barrelling past several times.
Tough but fun session with some pumping teenage beats- have rediscovered my very old iPod and has some great 90's and 00's pop classics.
R shin and knee sore. Hoping it's nothing.
