Good to be back! I didn't really enjoy my week off cause I felt really bored and missed running.
The barefoot run was good, didn't feel any pain in the foot. Had a hard time doing the med ball strength, I need to work on the squats.

30 min deep water running and stretches with T-Pain. Left ankle feels really tight.
