A very tough workout, I was way over the Wednesday effort by the end of it, but it still felt great to be on the track again. I probably worked a bit too hard on the first tempo and paid the consequences on the Brazilians. I need to work on my running form when I'm tired, using more my arms and keep my upper body straight.
