Lower legs still felt a bit sore today, couldn't really run as fast as usual on long runs. Going up hills was ok but the pain was really bad when I went down. I didn't run very smoothly today. I didn't want to get lost and wanted to do really 70 min but I guess our adventurous minds with Jeff took the best of us so we ran 20 min more than we were supposed to. Feel really tired now and need to rest a lot.

Legs really felt bad today, I had a hard time just running, even slowly. Lower legs felt sore, calves really tight. Didn't really have a good time doing that.

I felt really bad in the morning while I ran so I decided to shakeout before the hockey match. I went in the fieldhouse and did some biking, felt good!

The race went really better than last week. Running the first 3k with T-Pain and Connor felt really good, running as a team makes tough efforts looking easier. I slowed down a bit after the 3k, I felt like the effort was too strong and began to feel pain in my stomach. I had the poop sensation before the 5th km, it lasted the whole race but I felt that I had to push myself harder and I tried to forget about it. I saw T-Pain for the last 2km and focused on trying to catch up and even thopugh it didn't happen, it helped me focusing on be faster and taller. I passed two guys in the last hill and two more downhill! Overall a good race, but would've been better without the stomach pain!

Good workout today, felt really good on the first tempo. The first 3 min effort was pretty hard but the 2min and 1min following were fast and tall and feeling really good in spikes. going into cooldown was hard, with pain in stomach, but still really happy with the effort and the improvement!

The swimming is improving too, first time with googles, helps a lot. The workout in the pool was pretty hard, I didn't rest enough yesterday night so I felt really tired. Chins and Achilles pain are going away, feeling better and better. I have an appointment with Blake this afternoon, we'll see how it is going.

Elliptical bike shakeout.

There wasn't any place available upstairs so we did our shakeout downstairs with Taij. didn't feel very comfortable with this elliptical bikes, felt really small and contracted. Still got the work nicely done. The appointment with Blake earlier in the afternoon was encouraging, the pain is going away!

My chins and calves felt really tight in the first 30 min but then I started to be really warm and the pain went away. The last hour was really nice as we started to run faster and some good trails. I'm feeling improvments during hills and that's probablywhat I enjoyed the most today. The last 5 min were pretty fast when we came back with Colin. It was a nice run even though the calves hurt again when I cooled down.
