Okay long run in Centennial and Trowbridge. Some slippery parts, my ass remembers. I had one of the worst night since I'm in TBay thanks to my roommates but still got some good work done. Left foot felt alright!

I was really thrilled to be back on hard workouts so it was hard when I saw that Sam and I weren't supposed to do it. Still got a pretty good "hard warm up". We did another loop at a harder pace since we weren't sure about the meaning of "hard warm up" and finished at the soccer pitch to do our active. It was hard seeing the guys doing the workout when we were already cooling down, but took the opportunity to encourage them going faster! I'm really looking forward to those track workouts!
Left foot felt really good too!

Good to be back! I didn't really enjoy my week off cause I felt really bored and missed running.
The barefoot run was good, didn't feel any pain in the foot. Had a hard time doing the med ball strength, I need to work on the squats.
