I was really sore from this week in both legs and calves felt really tight, so this long run was just about trying to hold on with the group, which I did.
Didn't stretch directly after the run but took some time in the afternoon with T-Pain and went to the Hangar to stretch, roll and ice bath. My left hip was really tight after that run.

Okay workout today, I didn't really hit the Saturday effort and wasn't pleased with the time of the second set. Focus wasn't where it was supposed to be, I was just focused on running, and not on being tall and efficient while being tired, even though I had some good end of sets and hills.
I wasn't as fast I should have been going downhill too, but caught up on Sam and T-Pain on every single hill and was pleased with that.

Okay workout, felt really tired and sore from yesterday and the running wasn't really smooth and fast, and I'm glad Sam took up the pace at the end. Bike and elliptical were much better.

Really good shakeout today, increased gradually the difficulty on the elliptical and finished with lvl 10, and a very good steady speed.

A very tough workout, I was way over the Wednesday effort by the end of it, but it still felt great to be on the track again. I probably worked a bit too hard on the first tempo and paid the consequences on the Brazilians. I need to work on my running form when I'm tired, using more my arms and keep my upper body straight.
Good work today with Sam and T-Pain!

Okay pool workout considering the night I had before.I found it really hard to focus with 2x 1h30 of sleep, thanks to the roommates again. I'm going to work on this issue at the end of the week.
The swimming was better than usual, but the intervals' effort wasn't as good as the past few weeks.
Left foot felt okay this morning, even after the workout. Didn't slam it too hard during the drills.

Very good workout with Sam today, pushed hard on every interval and get to a good Monday effort. Felt really powerful and smooth while running.
My left foot didn't bother me too much but I felt it at the start of the workout.
