Good run this morning after a short night. Pace was really good, but glutes were still sore from the weights.

Weird run today. I decided to take care of my left foot once and for all and booked an appointment with a chiropodist (apparently that's how you translate what I want to say). She made me new insoles that are supposed to prevent the pain from coming back, and I had to try them on today. I resisted 16 min before taking them off and finished the run without any insole inside my shoes. I had blisters coming and they became really uncomfortable after 15 min so I just took the insoles off, and the pain in front of the left foot started to come back 5 minutes before the run ended. I'm just going to run with what I had so far and I'm seeing her again on Thursday. Hopefully it'll be better after that. Still had a decent run, good pace, especially because I didn't want to spend more time running than I needed without insoles.

Also, didn't do weights today as I ran late and the night was already here when I finished. Going to do them after tomorrow's run.

Tough run today. Still not 100%, legs felt heavy and the sore throat is making the breathing uncomfortable. Glutes were really sore from the weights, which is good. I ran out of energy at the end and had to push through to make it back on time. I actually had a good last 10 min considering how empty and sore I was feeling.

Did this during my lunch break. Body was tired but not sore, and I’m not sick anymore. Legs were burning pretty easily in the uphills.

Nice run today. Felt really tired and had to take a 15 min nap after work before going for the run. Legs and body felt alright and pace was more than honest. Finished strong.
Weights were good, definitely going to feel the work tomorrow. Pull-ups felt weird again.

Slept something like 5x30 min around midnight and finished with a good 2 hours at 6am. I’ve got a fever, sore throat, headache, and my muscles are feeling really tired and tight.

Tough run today. Pace was really good until 40 min and then started to be inconsistent with random 5 minutes faster than others. I was feeling really beat up by the end of the run even though I didn’t go too hard.
I’m writing this on Friday morning so I already know the reason of this loss of speed. I started feeling sicker and sicker after the run. My throat was hurting and a pretty bad headache appeared. I was supposed to hang out with friends for a bit but just went home sooner to rest.

Really good run again today. Went to my usual spot, since it's the best and closest soft surface trail I can find and did some laps in the forest. Really good last 20 min again.
I did hip mobility after the drills and strides as it is much more convenient like that. I'm doing the strides on a trail next to where I live and can't really do hip mobility on it.
Weights were really tough. Increased the weight on most of the exercises as I wasn't feeling like I worked hard enough last week. The lunges especially were hard and made me want to stop in the middle more than once.

I also realized that I wasn't counting the bar for everything that needed a dumbbell as I'm using one on which you can change the weight you put on. I was actually lifting 4 more pounds than what I was writing the last few weeks every time I was using them.
