Bike felt good. Working in lower legs stuff now that I know it’s not a stress fracture. Made sure I wasn’t going too hard right away and work into things properly. Leg felt sore after what Blake did on it yesterday, but the good kind of sore.

Could feel my leg more in the pool. Good push and sits afterwards. Didn’t ice cause I was seeing the orthopaedic specialist right after.

Good effort on the intervals in the deep end. I was getting really hot.
Right lower leg started tightening while deep water running after the dodge ball. Good thing is that it's not a stress fracture, CT scan didn't show anything.
Saw Blake after who worked really hard on my calves, which felt good and horrible at the same time.
