Got lost in my own world during this dwr, felt good. I've observed it's much harder to stretch for me after pool stuff than after anything else, legs are cold and super stiff.

PRetty good bike today, did this right after physio, leg was feeling pretty good. Working hard on my glute activation stuff, I definitely feel progress.
Really good strength today. Heaviest I've ever done on hip thrusts, quads were burning and glutes were working hard. Dumbbell felt light at first but I realized I wasn't as strong as last month when I started lifting them. Pushups were a big struggle as well.
