Got lost in my own world during this dwr, felt good. I've observed it's much harder to stretch for me after pool stuff than after anything else, legs are cold and super stiff.

Pretty good deep water run, didn't go by super quickly but got it done. Good push and sits afterwards, core need some work.

PRetty good bike today, did this right after physio, leg was feeling pretty good.
Working hard on my glute activation stuff, I definitely feel progress.

Good bike, legs were working really well today.

3x10 deadlifts with 50 lbs+bar for WU and 110 lbs+bar
3x10 barbell hip thrusts with 90 lbs

3x10 dumbbell bench press with 40 lbs
3x10 foot elevated pushups

Really good strength today. Heaviest I've ever done on hip thrusts, quads were burning and glutes were working hard.
Dumbbell felt light at first but I realized I wasn't as strong as last month when I started lifting them. Pushups were a big struggle as well.
