Good run, could feel my leg a bit at the start but it stopped when it got warm. Was going pretty fast for an offday but I was feeling really good.

Good workout. Had to do the warm up and the first couple intervals on the bike as the ellipticals were being used. Felt like we helped each other with Connor without talking, just by seeing each other work hard. Also, feeling really strong on strength X so that's cool.

Note

No pain or burn in the lower leg this morning, felt completely normal after yesterday's run + Blake said calf feels much better than last week. Good stuff.

Good workout, felt really good on the first 10, increasing the pace and getting properly in deep. Ran low on energy for the last 5 but kept pushing and maintained the pace pretty well.
