Knee is really painful, even on the bike. The scenery made up for it but I was basically pushing only with my right leg. Stretching seems to make it feel bigger so I just really feel blocked and don’t know how to make it better and ready to go. Going down the stairs is a real struggle.
Ran about 10 meters before the bike, Pain was sharp and burning after the 5th steps.
