53km cycle with Luke and Mac (Chapel hill, Chishill, Thriplow etc). Beatuiful day, just wanted to keep cycling forever, especially with the pile of work waiting for me when I got back!
Averaging just under 30km/h

National XC 15th
Never felt good for the whole race but pushed hard. Final xc race as an U20!
Pretty equivalent performance to at Southerns on a course that suited me less, so happy with that. Got outkicked at the end again, really need to work on my sprint finish, but had raised the pace from quite a long way out to try to drop the group chasing me down, so perhaps a consequence of that.

3km Control pick course followed by collecting controls.
Really good fun and pretty challenging. A couple of wrongly hung controls/ got massively disorientated trying to find the start/finish that was in the middle of a white block (helpfully having removed the paths that it was on) but when I was focussed I did it quite well.

Running quite well, especially on the 90s was first of the girls and chasing some of the men down, despite legs feeling really heavy on the warm-up!
