Hampsfell Middle 1st (only just). Lost some time from dodgy routechoice and slight miss in circle on 3-4 in woods, poor direction 6-7 and 13-14 but mainly good.

Lancaster sprint selection race, 3rd to Grace and Megan. Alright race but ideally need to sharpen up technique! Didn't really manage to dig deep enough to be that tired at the end, somehow need to improve racing pace (even though fitness is there)
