National 6-stage road relays @Sutton park, 15th on Leg 1. Pretty pleased with time and position, set off quick and paid for it early on (struggling to adapt to road after the xc season!), but won my first sprint finish of the season (better late than never) so I can't complain!
Team came 26th, very good day out

Boars Hill and home from track. Sadly no-one else who was racing on Saturday to keep me company. Feeling a bit sick and slow not sure why.
Did some strides around the ring-road for about 1.5-2km on the way back (2 lamposts hard, 1 easy)

Not much speed in the legs, but plenty of time to work on it before track season. First session in British Summer time greeted us with freezing rain and brainfreeze, but least we avoided the hail.
