set off like a whizz feeling good, even after arena building and strimmering at tankersley for tomorrow. got half way and very suddenly became light headed, wobbly legs, not really with it.... wobbled home :(. happened before - slightly concerning!

urban o prologue. little unnecessary cul de sac which means i’m in a ruth emma sandwich for the final :)

urban o final. watch fail so distance a guess. let ruth do all the hard stuff til 11, then with steve til 15 and rest alone. happy with the win but totally done after uphill finish.
