playing out on the moors in the sun. went to say hi to Wrigleys cabin, saw some going white hares and had a thoroughly lovely time. Stopped for a log fire brew at the Fleece on way back and was tempted to get the bus home!

Not sure running 9k on Sunday with a smashed ankle was the smartest - but was determined to get out, so a bit sore today and still a little trouble with my internal injury from 5 hours of high knees...! So went out on bike instead of running - really made it burn up past the vineyard!

very nearly didn’t start as not too well and also the ankle sprain from omm still swollen and yellowish green! but i love new forest so decided to give it a go - surprised i actually did ok despite being super cautious and mistakes due to injury distraction. a delightful area :). Ali 1st w16 so all good for her.
