Great start up to Cut Gate, feeling fit and moving well. My old mountain knee problem kicked in after the descent at the other side. Struggled on but eventually started to walk. Happy to get to 22k and save too much knee pain.

Concentration just wasn't happening today - maybe down to long drive, Alex and no sleep! Got a tree in my eye after a small mistake at no1, which then turned into a big mistake and then at 2,4,6... rubbish :(
