Haverthwaite middle distance. Mostly good, little 5 minute diversion to help Ali on a very hard Green and a couple of scrappy minutes but tough course.

Still feeling crap and muscle trouble so the bike today. Not bad considering. Yateholme loop

Little night urban for club night. Wasn't expecting the wilderness and river crossings but there they were! Feeling rotten AGAIN!

Planned a long one - got 1.5k out felt awful, stopped for a breather and trotted home :(

Tried again, this time on the bike having had a sandwich and a nap! Much better but still a bit concerned it's not going...

Encouraged that running speed is ok - actually think I'm still under par with the lungs so that looks ok but mistakes were made - silly not concentrating ones, maybe it was all the drugs!
