urban o prologue. little unnecessary cul de sac which means i’m in a ruth emma sandwich for the final :)

orienteering race 16:34 [5] 3.3 km (5:01 / km)

urban o final. watch fail so distance a guess. let ruth do all the hard stuff til 11, then with steve til 15 and rest alone. happy with the win but totally done after uphill finish.
