Glossop parkrun to test some speed on the calf. Was fine :):) but I found it hard work - a good 1.5 mins slower than Feb!

running 28:00 [3] 4.0 km (7:00 / km)

Felt so good after this morning so decided to go out again. Mistake - was knackered and left foot started hurting so walked home 2k. Calf however very happy :)

A bit too steep to really enjoy. Calf ok on hills, but i tiny bit cross by the end.

Pretty flat run, found a beautiful grassy track. Steady out, but 4.5 min k for 2k on return with no effects from calf or foot. :)
