Running warm up/down 9:25 [3] 0.44 km (21:24 / km)

Orienteering (visualisation) 26:36 [3] 1.4 km (19:00 / km)

on my own, nailed the majority of the controls (and messed up one so repeated the leg) but kinda walked around

Rosie and I thought this was the route choice exercise so we did route choice on the attack point course which we found difficult to find many route choices (which we now know isn't v surprising). But it was interesting to see the difference in going straight and round on different legs.

I just did this on my own v slowly but nailed all the controls i went to.

Warm up in the afternoon as we moved to a different area

went round with rosie on a contors only map, we didn't struggle very much

the boys put tape out for 3 controls and we did the next 3, i liked this exercise

possibly one of the worst experiences of my life but every day is a learning day so hopefully i can only get better
