lost watch so using the under armour map my run using my phone which is kinda proving to me how inaccurate my watch is/was.
Just taking it really gently up and down the most pointless canal in Britain. Felt fine but being careful because of the ankle, thought a flat, not terrain run would be better for my ankle.
Starting to get back to it.
