Orienteering (loops) 50:00 [3] *** 3.4 km (14:42 / km)

There were slope and compass loops. I did compass 1 and messed up abit (a lot) so I repeated it. Then I did slopes. The weather was grim and I was absolutely freezing in my t-shirt (thought I was deffo gonna die in the woods) then collected controls.

Walk in to start and back from assembly, but everyone decided to run so it wasn't a walk in, it was a run in and run out. Me and Harry worked out that it was about 825m each way. fun fun fun

Dad worked me quite hard this evening, we spent 1hr30min in the bouldering room and then went downstairs to do some leads ya know

mum couldn't take me swimming as she was ill and I didn't get up in time to ride there :((

WARM UP/DOWN Warm down 1.37min and 0.25km talking to harry about this and the rest was warm up trying not to get my feet wet and dirty ahah

OUT AND BACKS Run out 1 minute back 1 min rest 1 min, run out 2 min back 2 min rest 2 min, run out 3 min back 3 min rest 2 min, run out 2 min back 2 min rest 1 min (copy and pasted harry's description) it was 18min running and 7 rest. My calfs were v v v tight by the end. Then did a lovely little relay and the girls obvs won :))

The weather was awful so I did my short route twice. It was hard going up flan the second time felt dizzy.
