We did monster walks, a lot of band work, boxing, knee hits, lunges, throw downs, glute squeeze plank, side plank stars, gym ball glute shoulder lift, glute back support w ball, glute core lean w gym ball, scorpions.

Night-O practice with Carol. I really need to invest in a good head torch, i actually couldn't see a thing compared to ellies head torch. We were practicing pacing and bearings.
