British Schools - 3.9km - (easy) Light Green - I messed up #3 really badly with 7min leg, 4mins of which were a mistake, which made me really stressed through the rest of my course. My navigation was v scrappy and a lot of my bearing were slightly off but I ran v fast for me especially near the end. Picking it up to 2nd by 13seconds which was decent considering my run. I loved the forest though, it was v v v pretty.

did the green as training, it was 2.6km. I messed up the first control so Ellie caught me up and we kinda ran together but we are too competitive to help each other ahahha

did the light green as training as that's what I ran on Sunday, it was 2.4km. I caught Harry up and we kinda ran together but we are also both v competitive :))

Run there, was late as ever, turns out it takes longer than 5min to get to school.

We did lots of running drills, to influence a better running style. Started with squats, lunges and bench rises then running drills across roughly 50m each way. We moved onto stair drills and finished with some not quite sprint, sprints.
