Orienteering warm up/down 20:00 [3] 1.2 km (16:40 / km)

the type of course where you follow a line, but walking w bags into start

Orienteering 27:10 [3] 2.3 km (11:49 / km)
shoes: INOV B&R

contours only (and i can't remember the name of the exercise) but i tried to not use my compass and focus on the contours and i did reasonably well until i messed up a leg and went back and repeated it. I was slow though.

Orienteering (Slopes) 31:54 [3] 3.2 km (9:58 / km)
shoes: INOV B&R

Slopes w all the features, reasonably easy just had to figure out what a brown triangle was.

contours only again, messed up number 1 v v bad but managed to relocate eventually and managed to wander round the rest

on my own, nailed the majority of the controls (and messed up one so repeated the leg) but kinda walked around

Rosie and I thought this was the route choice exercise so we did route choice on the attack point course which we found difficult to find many route choices (which we now know isn't v surprising). But it was interesting to see the difference in going straight and round on different legs.

went round with rosie on a contors only map, we didn't struggle very much

the boys put tape out for 3 controls and we did the next 3, i liked this exercise
