I'm not acc sure how long it took but here we are. Again partnered with Ben so i was kinda teaching him how to do the things but I'm not great sooo

Tockholes - green 4.5km 135m climb. A reasonably easy green in my opinion. I had a reasonably clean run, made some silly errors like running too far down so I had to do some steep climb to get to controls. I managed to fall over ALOT and lost my compass as it was dug into mud but I found it so all is good. Just found out that I was winning till I lost my compass so I finished 2nd on the green still owning a compass, pretty gooooood

v slow but consistent run. Went along the Cumbria Way to Broughton Beck and back home. The way out is v steep so the way back is quite enjoyable, although the worst hill is a road and as it was icy i couldn't run up or down it. Ankle felt fine but lower legs niggled a bit on the road parts but the majority is terrain so it was fine.

Jess and I were gonna go to the gym (as i couldn't do my long run because of my ankle) but there were complications so she came round to my house for 'jess's gym'. We did my skiptons sets with some sit ups and press ups thrown in.

We jog/walked back to jess's as it was dark, roughly 10min. Then I ran home, nearly 4min.
