Slightly extended canal route as I struggled to cross the road last time. Slightly faster which is what I was hoping for but slowed massively near the end making my last km 5.10min/ks taking my average down.

lost watch so using the under armour map my run using my phone which is kinda proving to me how inaccurate my watch is/was.
Just taking it really gently up and down the most pointless canal in Britain. Felt fine but being careful because of the ankle, thought a flat, not terrain run would be better for my ankle.
