a lot a lot of stretching and rolling throughout the day, it was deffo a specific skipping move that crippled my calves as me and dad discovered so will be doing less of that in future

Run around grizedale with Hilary whilst the boys went biking.
Concentrating on my cadence rather than speed. Very hilly run with the last half mile solid down hill. I enjoyed running with Hilary a lot as she’s such a strong runner herself

This sounds ridiculous but it was acc the most intense thing ever.
I did 1min on followed by 15secs off for 10min and oh myyyyy
I changed things up a little on each minute, threw in some single legged mins n stuff from my skipping past.

Run over hoad and a tiny extra through town. Kinda my rest day today but I wanted to see the sunset from the top of hoad it was a tad disappointing but I took some nice pics.
1st km - 7.23min/km - this was the up hill km and the pretty taking pictures so I was v slowwww
2nd km - 4.56min/km - down hill
3rd km - 4.33min/km - around town

sets of roughly 0.8km then 1km when he took me to a 14km/hr pace, working on my foot placing and increasing my cadence.
