I did 1min on followed by 15secs off for 10min and oh myyyyy
I changed things up a little on each minute, threw in some single legged mins n stuff from my skipping past.

Run over hoad and a tiny extra through town. Kinda my rest day today but I wanted to see the sunset from the top of hoad it was a tad disappointing but I took some nice pics.
1st km - 7.23min/km - this was the up hill km and the pretty taking pictures so I was v slowwww
2nd km - 4.56min/km - down hill
3rd km - 4.33min/km - around town
