bday parkrun was going okay but then I went over on my frequently sprained ankle so I had to pull out, great start to the day

we were there for about 6hours. this was the hardest day, dad threw me in the deep end but it all ended in success, i deffo struggled but I lead three pitches with varying difficulties. It was a v fun day out in the north lakes
