Kingswood Road Race-3rd . Thought I wouldn't be able to do this due to my Drama examination all day But luckily we got through them really quick so managed to pull up 20mins before the race ready to go. The weather was beautifully warm and sunny ,but I still felt a bit nervous due to the fact Olly absolutely smashed me last year ,and I was expecting it again. However once I got out I just tried to keep the guy in second in sight, and just kept a solid pace then half way round realised I had lost Olly, about the same time I got a horrible stitch that made me feel as if I needed to keel over, but I pushed through and up the grim hill to find I had beaten Olly by about a minute and also beat one of the guys that beat me at the Baines XC. Overall a beautiful day very happy. I guess the training is paying off more than I expected considering I was 2 mins faster than last year. V happy.

Had tick encephalitis Jab for estonia so was told to not do the run today. Definitely disappointed I couldn't do the efforts session. Cant do much training this week due to drama.

Feeling really physically drained at the moment. Going to just have a few more early nights and if I am still struggling will drop training a bit.
