Long Easy run with dad before the taper. Was planning like 16km but dad lead me on a longer route. Managed to get dad a new 15km PB by 7 mins although we really were not pushing at all.

Went of at 3:15s and felt absolutely fine and was leading then died after the hill.

Also i have managed to hurt my hip/glute and don't know what I have done so going to make sure to get the taper right this week.

Very happy with my race I am pretty sure with that race I can get a faster 5km time now to wait for a good race to be able to get a PB I felt very strong running today looking forward to the Selection races.
