Found a Gym in the hotel and decided to get a quick run in before dinner after being travelling since 2:30 this morning. My hamstrings were killing all day but feel better now. Hopefully I can do this everyday.
First 15 mins easy then 5 Hard then 5 Easy then 5 hard.
Not much motivation to run today so decided to let the legs take a bit of a rest. Don’t think I will be able to do much training for the next 1.5 weeks as VV busy and heading to NYC on Friday (hopefully there is a gym ) but if not I will make the most of the break and then get ready for a final push of focused training + a dirty training camp before the JK
