Middle simulation Bagshot

Absolutely lovely course and area , however the experience was somewhat hindered by the fact that there was motocross event there with bikes and people everywhere which was a bit scary but fun all the same.

Got back from NYC at 2pm yesterday and then slept till 10pm and then slept again from 1am to 10am so with the extra sleep on the coach I had about 18 hours sleep so I am feeling very tired. Decided I wanted to just bash out a long run today to start getting ready for the JK. Hoping to get 2 weeks of good training in before it so that I can really push for a good performance, and a long trail run in the rain is the perfect way to gain motivation :)
