Basically I was trying to find an excuse to stay outside in this wonderful weather :)

Also encouraging to find that my plantar didn’t flare up today at all even though I ran on concrete quite a lot ... I rolled it for 3-5 mins before I ran in hope that it would help and I guess it did so I need to get into a habit of doing it before my runs
