Sprint round Bath Uni planned by Frank

Was one of the hardest sprint I have ever done and I kept making mistakes due to lack of concentration but I think most of that was being worried about other people which I think I can work on felt nice taking it easy.

Looking at the map Now I have realised that I went straight through an OOB on the first control.. not a good start but everything else was fine just dodgy GPS.

Nice run in the sun - felt easy but Hr says otherwise breathing was v v easy and legs felt fine so IDK ,simmering down for the rest - hopefully a few interval tommorow and then sprint training round Bath Uni on Wednesday before a big ol rest day on Thursday :) Very much looking forward to JK :):):):)

Also PF didn’t flare up once which is a big ol confidence boost
