British Middles.

Very clean race except loosing ~30s on 4 from not being clean enough in my bearing and drifting to far left. Other than that I just struggled a bit physically, and slipped and slides about a lot , but I was a really fun race and happy with the result.

British Sprints Heats - C

I went out knowing I would have to go pretty hard if I wanted to get into the A-final. I pretty much went 90% the whole time and died in the second half , I was resonablt clean but probably lost 20-30s due to lack of concentration.

British Sprints - A Final

Absolutely Gassed to get into this however I knew I would have to do ridiclously well to beat flurry. I went out and was pretty clean until 7 where I was hesitant in crossing the wall, and then clean but slow till 13 where I lost 15s because of the weird mapping making nothing uncrossable, But I should have known. At this point I had caught up the guy in front but all it did was put me off :( . clean through until no.18 where I hadn’t planned the exit well enough and lost about 15s . V disappointed to not have a clean run but it was very very fun starting with the Big boys.

Stressful run as I had to get back in time for helping at School... that is why the HR is so high because the pace felt very comfortable
