Achilles becoming more and more noticeable , think I’m gonna go see a ohysio about it and then see where to go from there and if it means taking a week or so off to do XT I am willing to do that as I’m feeling really quite good physically at the moment

No time today as had to listen to some geezer plug his book (origins) .. was very interesting but not worth missing my Tuesday long run :( will have to move my week about to accommodate for this but it will be fine

Also if anyone knows anything about Achilles problems as I have been getting some little niggles in my right Achilles and want to sort it out before it establishes itself please message me :)
