Nice long run. No complaints from the Achilles.

However... my shins (especially left) is starting to hurt when running down hill. However it is only when I am trying to run more forefooted (because this is what my physio said one of the things to help my Achilles is) and I think this is wrecking my calves so therefore my shins r suffering but basically they are fine as long as I don’t run more forefooted. So going to stop running forefoot as I don’t think it really helps my Achilles anyway but just gotta hope I haven’t properly fucked my shins lol. Gonna roll the hell out of them for the next few days and hope it’s all okay.

On the other hand this is the first week that it actually feels like my Achilles is getting better with it always recovering fully within 24 hours. So my focus now on selections and feeling good :)
