Super-easy trail run. 10 min/mi pace. Wanted to save something in the tank for XC practice. Should we discuss the approach?

Well, I was running short on time and did not foresee the ability to do a 2.5 hour run today. My daughter had her birthday party and another one had some serious drama. So I just needed to make the most of the time I had.
Did a 55 minute TM run:
10 min warm-up between 6.5-7mph
5x 1:30 pickips between 9-10 mph
6.5-7mph in between pickups

Unspecified (XC Practice) 1:30 [5] 5.0 mi (18 / mi)
shoes: Mizuna light Trail

Dynamics, warm-up,....core, stretch
Main workout was HARD!
3 x 0.5 mile interval (one hill)
12 x 0.25 intervals (2 hills)
50,50,100
I'm having a tough time keeping up with the kids! Maybe beause I am tired, but maybe because they are getting fast!

Unspecified (Walk Hill) 35:00 [3]
shoes: New balance somethings

Wasn't totally sure if I was supposed to walk or try and go as fast as I could.
So, at the 8% grade - the fastest I could walk was 4.5 mph.
The sustainable 15 min pace was 5.0 mph "jog". My back was still hurting, so I probably could inch up the pace a tiny bit.

Run #4
Nice easy run with easy trails and some road. Had to cut 5 min off for time constraint.
Back pain seems to be easing up, but still am being careful
