45 min of elliptical - trying for recovery while having some sort of aerobic workout
60 min booty barre - mock it, but it is fantastic for foot/ankle strength and it really is quite taxing on glutes, quads and core
Considering this strength/core

warm-up, dyantics, leg strength
Main workout - 3X (1600 at temp with surge for last 400 + "kick" pace for 400, with "psycho" pace for 75, 75, 75). Kids loved it. Coaches suffered!

Easy trail/raod running. Power hiked the uphills. Tried to ease into the run because I was still coming off of the stomach bug I had over the weekend. Rolled my ankle ... I think because I still felt a touch shaky.
