60 min booty barre - mock it, but it is fantastic for foot/ankle strength and it really is quite taxing on glutes, quads and core

Main workout - 3X (1600 at temp with surge for last 400 + "kick" pace for 400, with "psycho" pace for 75, 75, 75). Kids loved it. Coaches suffered!
