This week is going to have to be..."appreciate whatever I can get in" It is a short week at school and we have lots of family committments.
Did 45 min on very hilly trail, then the remainder on urban road/trail. That said, I did "run" up every hill, even hills that I previously would have power hiked up.
Felt fine, minor bunion pain in right foot. Used the Saucony Trails shoes for the hilly trail, switched to Hoka's for the urban road/trail.
Also - during the "urban trail" portion, tried to work on the downhill running as prescribed. Still not sure what I'm doing, just trying to go faster downhill and look farther ahead.
