shoes: Saucony trail shoes
Trail marathon. Tough, walked up most of the hills on the second loop. Wondering if I should use poles???? Shoes fine, some hot spots on feet, but no blisters. Fueling fine - but think I should bring more solids and "real" foods. Definitely slower on the second loop, felt fairly confident on the downhills, but not necessarily "fast"
Although I feel ok after and not too sore, I do feel like ...where did my fitness go??
