2nd of the back to back long runs.
This was supposed to be 2 hours on road. Did mix of easy trail and bike path. Back pain/Soas held me back. Ouch! Hopefully, this PT/Chiro treatment will be helpful.

Moderate trail, but technical and meandering.
Rolled left ankle 2x. Did adjustments and stability with Dr. Alex. Hopefully this helps
