TM Run - "easy" pace, but I will say that I still felt a lot of fatigue in my legs from the long run on Thursday.
I'm going to say that is a good thing.
Another good thing is that my back feels pretty good. So far (knock on wood), it has not stopped me from doing my intended workouts. I think the lesson learned here is that is was an EXCELLENT thing for me to be a fat, lazy butt over the holidays as I believe it allowed alot of healing in my back. The problem is not "fixed", but it is much more maneagable. Specialist appt in 1.5 weeks.
